  This is a very decent apartment complex for the price. The apartments are nice and well kept. Management takes care of their place. However, living here is not perfect. Getting ahold of management is like pulling teeth. They have NEVER answered their calls no matter what time of day. And they will never return their messages either. You have to go in person, and good luck with that because their hours are not easy to work with (since they don't answer their calls). Again their walls are so thin. I would go back if I had any desire to live in Lincoln County again

  THIS PLACE IS A SERIOUS JOKE. DOES NOT EVER ANSWER PHONE CALLS, CONSTANTLY IS TEXTING YOU ABOUT THINGS THAT ARE NOT RELEVANT, WILL CALL AND HANG UP ON YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL, AND THE PROPERTY MANAGERS THERE (ASHLEY & KELLY) ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX, THEY ARE NOT FRIENDLY, AND THEY GO BACK ON EVERYTHING THEY SAY AND SAY THEY DIDNT SAY THAT. STAY FAR FAR AWAY! ALSO THE PROPERTY MANAGER ASHLEY, HAS NO EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING PROPERTIES, SHE HAS NO IDEA WHAT SHES TALKING ABOUT AND CONSTANTLY GOING BACK ON WHAT SHE SAYS. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS AND DRAMA. THEY FEED OFF OF IT. THEY TREAT EACH TENANT DIFFERENTLY, AND CONSTANTLY GO BACK ON WHAT THEY SAY.
